Re: Zero VA Rie Takahashi Shares Hygiene Tips for ‘Smelly’ Concertgoers
VA Rie Takahashi reminds her fans to wash their hands before entering her concert.
“P.U.!” “P.U.” is what voice actor Rie Tahashi hopes her fans won’t say after their first concert.
According to Anime Senpai’s report, Takahashi, a voice actor best known for her roles in Re: Zero – Starting Life in Another World and Hu Tao (Genshin Impact), held her first concert in Japan on February 26, 2023, “Rie Takahashi 1st Life”. Takahashi Was Looking To Provide a Pleasant Experience For All
Some fans found Takahashi’s advice offensive. It was obvious that they would take regular showers and Takahashi didn’t need to remind them about how to care for their bodies. Others saw it as a demonstration of Takahashi’s kindness and showed her concern for the concert’s attendees. The singer reminded her fans to bring their wallets and charge their phones, and also made personal hygiene suggestions.
People sweat a lot when they are surrounded by hundreds of people, especially in tight spaces like concerts or conventions. This can cause a problem for visitors and make their experience less enjoyable. Takahashi is just one of many who take steps to prevent stinky bodies. Some K-Pop concerts have larger venues and fans were given deodorants at entry. A few anime conventions also remind fans to shower.
